UPDATE @ 7:25 p.m. (July 2): A man suspected in the June 21 robbery of the Key Bank branch on Germantown Street has been captured and is in jail, the Dayton Police Department announced via social media Tuesday afternoon.
His name, age and address have not been released.

INITIAL REPORT (June 21)
A bank robbery was reported Friday morning at Key Bank, 3736 Germantown Street, around 11:18 a.m., according to Montgomery County Regional dispatch.
Police are currently looking for the robber, who passed the teller a note demanding money and then fled on foot.

The robber is wearing a black hat with a shiny/metallic emblem or writing on it, blue jeans, long sleeve flannel shirt and black shoes.
