Shelby Kilgore, a Springboro teen missing since last week, has been located and is safe, according a Facebook post from Springboro police Monday morning.
FIRST REPORT (Feb. 27):
A Springboro teen reported missing has been spotted by a family member and is believed to be safe, according to police.
Shelby Kilgore, 16, remains missing. Police have been unable to locate her.
Polices said they are working to verify what 19-year-old Elliot Hardy told detectives in a telephone conversation.

"We don't know if they are together or not," Dunkel added.
Police said they sought Hardy after a tip indicating he and Kilgore were romantically involved.
Detective Dustin Christian said Hardy "is being cooperative."
Police declined to answer further questions on the investigation.
