“This is a program where you have to go inside yourself. You have to take a deep dive- and ask yourself- why are you where you are? And stop blaming anybody and everybody who has ever done something to you. This program teaches you how to do it,” Dillard-Stone said.

Cole told News Center 7 that the program changed her way of thinking about herself. Starting with how smart she was.

“She said it was ok.. to get information from doing research from going to the library, or listening to other people and getting information; by getting information- you’re still learning,” Cole said.
