DAYTON — 937 Delivers opened its DoorDash-like delivery service on Nov. 19. Today, they updated customers on their Facebook page on how their service gave back to local restaurants.
The co-op, which provides Daytonians with a way to get deliveries from local restaurants in the Oregon District and surrounding areas, said that they received $19,257.80 in orders within their first nine days of operation.
After service fees, the owners of 937 Delivers were able to give $6419.26 back to the local restaurants they deliver.

“That $6419.26 can now represent businesses owners paying staff, paying bills, investing in new ways to help them get through this, or so many other positive opportunities for our community,” said the owners on the business’ Facebook page.
Participating restaurants include: The Dublin Pub, Lily’s Dayton, The Pizza Bandit, Butter Cafe, Franco’s Ristorante Italiano, Trolley Stop, UNO Pizzeria & Grill, Ghostlight Coffee, Fantasma Taco, Phebe’s Cafe, Oregon Express Bar and Restaurant and Smokin’ Barbeque.
