A Dense Fog Advisory was issued for parts of the region but has since been canceled.

Drivers were encouraged to slow down, use low-beam headlights, and leave plenty of distance in front of them, according to the National Weather Service.

They said low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

Ritz says rain will become more widespread early, but dry for much of the afternoon.

It will be breezy with wind gusts over 35 mph with highs in the mid-50s.

Colder air moves back into the region late tonight into the overnight hours. Ritz says much will fall as rain, but some wet snow cannot be ruled across the far north. Little to no accumulation is expected.

After today, the Miami Valley will see milder temperatures.

Our Storm Center 7 team of meteorologists will monitor these conditions.
