A 2004 GMC Envoy, driven by Bryan Adkins, 40, of Hollansburg, was traveling east on Hollansburg Arcanum Road when he was distracted and traveled off the left side of the road, collided with and knocked down a utility pole, then sideswiped another utility pole before traveling back onto the road.
