The 17th Annual Miami Valley Down Syndrome Association Buddy Walk steps off Saturday from Fifth Third Field.
The walk, which raises awareness and promotes inclusion for people with down syndrome, is from 8:30 a.m. to noon.

The public can register the day of the event, but online registration is now open for $5. Individuals with Down syndrome can register for free and receive a Buddy Walk shirt, which will also be available for sale at the event.
Donations will be accepted the day of the walk and all proceeds benefit the Miami Valley Down Syndrome Association.
Down syndrome is a genetic condition that can lead to a range of developmental delays and disabilities.
