Dozens gather for Dye Hard 5K Color Run in Clark County

SPRINGFIELD — Dozens showed up to participate in a 5K color run in Clark County to benefit people with developmental disabilities.

The Dye Hard 5K Color run was scheduled to kick off at 10 a.m. at the Clark County Fairgrounds in Springfield.

Proceeds benefit the Developmental Disabilities Endowment Fund of the Springfield Foundation, according to the event’s website.

“We want our community to become passionate about people living with and affected by an intellectual disability, autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, or a traumatic brain injury. By participating in the DyeHard 5K, you will show your support for some of our community’s most vulnerable citizens,” the website said.
