MANSFIELD — A drug trafficking investigation in Mansfield resulted in an arrest and the seizure of cocaine, fentanyl, 2 stolen firearms and suspected stolen property, according to the METRICH Enforcement Unit.

Sentreas Sanks, 35, was arrested and charged with trafficking cocaine and trafficking fentanyl, METRICH says. Other related charges will be decided by the Richland County Prosecutor’s Office.

The detectives executed search warrants on two properties on Dec. 20.
Officers seized 486 grams of suspected cocaine, 9 grams of suspected fentanyl, 2 stolen firearms, and suspected stolen property totalling $3,296.
According to detectives, the investigation is a result of the community reporting suspected drug activity.
