MIAMISBURG — The Montgomery County Environmental Services Department announced Thursday that emergency construction work is being done on Austin Blvd. that will have an impact on traffic.
An emergency situation developed with below Austin Blvd. on Wednesday when a 21-inch sinkhole caused a sanitary sewer collapse.

There will be lane closures and possible two-way operation with traffic shifted to one side of the median on Austin Blvd., between Springboro Pike and Rockcastle Ct.
Crews told News Center 7′s Candace Price that they do not anticipate any immediate danger to the traveling public, but ask that drivers be cautious when driving through the area.
