Power has been restored after the crash into a pole on Stevenson Road early this morning, according to the DP&L outage map.
OSHP confirmed that it no longer has any crews in the area.

UPDATE @ 3:28 a.m.
Stevenson Road will be closed for several more hours, according to Ohio State Highway Patrol dispatch records.
Dispatchers said that DP&L crews estimated the road will be closed until around 8 a.m.
UPDATE @ 2:29 a.m.:
DP&L crews on scene told our photographer that the outage in the area was due to this crash, and added that Wilberforce University is also out of power as they make repairs.
A state trooper said that the driver was going too fast and slid off into the ditch due to wet road conditions.
UPDATE @ 1:58 a.m.:
Stevenson Road is currently closed after a crash that knocked down a pole and power lines.
Officials on the scene told our crew that the road would be closed for an hour to an hour and a half, and our photographer reported that lines were down in the road.

Officials also said that the crash just involved one vehicle, and the driver only took minor injuries, declining treatment at the scene.
The Dayton Power & Light outage map also reported that 372 customers are without power in the area in an outage reported at 1:14 a.m. The estimated restoration time is 3 a.m.
A sheriff’s deputy said that the driver may have lost traction on the curve of the road and slid off.
This crash remains under investigation.

INITIAL REPORT:
Emergency crews are responding to a report of a car crash into a utility pole in the 900 block of Stevenson Road in Xenia.
Initial reports said that a pole and power lines were down across the road.
We are working to learn more, and will update this story with any new information.
