Dayton police said Nathanial Cunningham, the subject of a missing adult alert, was located in Trotwood and is safe.

FIRST REPORT
An Endangered Missing Adult Alert has been issued for Dayton resident Nathanial Cunningham, 71, who was last seen walking away from his Warder Street residence today about 1 p.m.
The Dayton Police Department, in concert with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, issued the alert about 7:40 p.m.
Mr. Cunningham is about 5-feet-10, 140 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes. He suffers from dementia, mental disorders and is in need of medication.
He was last seen wearing an orange jacket, brown and white plaid shorts and black/gray shoes.
Dial 9-1-1 or call Montgomery County Regional Dispatch at 937-225-4357 if you see him or know of his whereabouts.
You may also call the state attorney general’s missing persons unit at 1-866-693-9171 to be transferred directly to the Dayton Police Department or to hear the alert information.
