Extreme cold moves in this week

A dangerous, extreme cold is expected to move into the Miami Valley this week, according to Storm Center 7′s Nick Dunn.

Sunday night has the potential for scattered snow or freezing drizzle, Dunn says. Lows should fall into the 20s by Monday morning.

Monday we could see more flurries, accompanied by wind and a cold front. Dunn says we should expect highs in the mid 20s, moving into the teens in the evening.

Tuesday, temperatures will continue to drop, Dunn says. He is expecting wind chills below zero all day, with highs in the mid teens.
