TROTWOOD — A senior living facility was evacuated Friday after an apartment in the building caught fire.
Firefighters responded to the facility in the 3300 block of Shiloh Springs Road around 7:15 a.m.

Investigators said they found a fire in a second story apartment and were able to contain it to the single unit.
There was some smoke damage in the apartment and there also was water damage to part of the first floor.
No one was injured.
Firefighters said everyone living at the complex was able to return to their apartments. The person living in the damaged apartment was being relocated to a different unit.
