The Greater Dayton RTA believes good health is the best gift to give during the holiday.
They are hosting their annual “Get Healthy for the Holidays” fair at Wright Stop Plaza, 4 S. Main St. on Dec. 12 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., according to a release.
Premier Health care providers will be offering free screenings by checking blood pressure, total cholesterol and blood sugar levels. Kroger Pharmacy will also be offering free flu shots.

RTA will offer a free “Health Snack Prize Pack,” a goody bag packed with useful items and health snacks, to encourage participants to visit as many vendors as possible, read the release. Participants should have their passport stamped by at least six vendors to be eligible for the prize pack.
Other partners attending the event include Kettering Health Network, Homefull, Five Rivers Health Centers, Santa Clara Juicery and Public Health Dayton & Montgomery County.
