‘Go Dayton Flyers’ chant can help in combating coronavirus

DAYTON — The University of Dayton is using its renowned athletic chant ‘Go Dayton Flyers’ to remind people how long they should wash their hands.

“The perfect 20-second tune for handwashing? The Dayton Flyers Athletics cheer,” the university said in a Facebook post.

The Centers for Disease Control urges people to wash their hands for at least 20 seconds to help prevent the spread of germs, like those that can spread coronavirus.
