GREENE COUNTY — An inmate who escaped from Greene County deputies Monday morning is back in custody after a manhunt for nearly two hours.
Timothy Fox, 48, was arrested overnight by Fairborn police on suspicion of a felony charge of receiving stolen property. He was being held at the Greene County Adult Detention Center on Greene Way Boulevard when deputies reported he escaped around 9:45 a.m., deputies said in a media release.

Fox also had warrants for his arrest in Clark and Champaign counties and is known to be violent, deputies said.
Fox is the second inmate to escape from deputies in the last two months. In early October, an inmate escaped after walking away from a work detail in Xenia before being located in Beavercreek.

Adrial Parks Sr., 43, ended up being captured almost 24 hours later.
Parks was working at a sheriff’s office administration garage cleaning and washing cruisers in Xenia when he walked away instead of returning to the jail.
Parks was suspected to have taken a corrections officer uniform, however that uniform has not been located.
