XENIA — A waitress at Roosters in Xenia stands, hands over her heart with happy tears in her eyes — a group, known as Breakfast Santas, just tipped her $3,000 to help with bills and make sure her children have Christmas gifts.
The group of 50 people gets together throughout the year for breakfast, each member puts in $100 and decides what well-deserving member of the community to surprise.

They share stories about people working hard in the community who need a little help trying to get ahead in life.
Breakfast Santas also gifted $100 to each server working lunch on Wednesday —this is the third year the group has done this.
