FAYETTE COUNTY — Traffic on northbound I-71 in Fayette County was completely shut down for part of Tuesday evening.
A semi overturned near Octa and blocked both lanes of traffic around 4:30 p.m.
The National Weather Service in Wilmington said strong winds were the cause of the crash.

Both lanes of traffic have since reopened, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation.
