Hiring event taking place with Dayton Public Schools today

DAYTON — A hiring event is taking place Wednesday at Dayton Public Schools.

The event runs from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. at the Jackson Center on Abbey Avenue.

Some of the open positions include paraprofessionals, clericals, transportation logistics specialists, mechanics, bus paraprofessionals and custodians, according to a release from the school district.

Anyone coming to the hiring event should bring a resume. On-the-spot interviews may also happen during the event.
