Huber Heights police investigate possible abuse of 11-month-old

HUBER HEIGHTS — An 11-month old boy is involved in a Huber Heights Police investigation into possible child abuse at a home in the city earlier this week.

Officers were contacted by Dayton Children’s Hospital Monday around 4:30 p.m.

According to an incident report released to News Center 7 Thursday, the baby had a “possible internal injury,” which emergency dispatch traffic indicated may have involved his head.

The possible abuse is said to have happened at a home in the 6800 block of Hubbard Drive between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. Sunday, according to the report.

No charges or arrests have been made, according to the report.

Huber Heights Police have not commented on the investigation.
