AURORA, Ind. — The coroner in Dearborn County said the foot a shoe was found with a foot inside it on Thursday near the Manchester Landing shoreline, according to WKRC-TV.
Investigators described the shoe as size 12 or 13 grey and black Reebok.
The coroner said the foot was found by a private citizen, according to Fox19.

The foot was sent to the Hamilton County Coroner’s Office for DNA testing, which will be done to hopefully identify who the foot belongs to.
According to the coroner, there’s a chance that someone likely fell into the river near Cincinnati or Covington and floated down the river where it was discovered.
Cadaver dogs were brought in; however, no other remains were found, according to Fox19.
