BEAVERCREEK — Hundreds of people filled the parking lot of a Beavercreek bowling alley and nearby streets to try their luck at winning over $600,000 Monday.
Crowds stopped by Beaver-Vu Bowl on North Fairfield Road to buy tickets for the bowling alley’s Queen of Hearts drawing.
The manager declined an on-camera interview, but the business’ Facebook page posted last week that Monday’s drawing was more than $672,000.

Carol King was one of the people trying her luck at the jackpot. What would she do with the money?
“I want to build a home,” King said.

Queen of Hearts is a card game where cards are posted on a board and people pay to pick one.
If the queen of hearts is not chosen, a percentage of the money rolls over to the next drawing.
We are working to learn if anyone won tonight’s jackpot.
