MIAMI TWP. — One person was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after a pickup truck crashed into a garbage truck in Miami Twp. around noon Thursday.
West Hyde Road was closed temporarily at Snively Road while crews cleared the scene.
The driver of the garbage truck was transported with back injuries. The driver of the pickup truck did not report any injuries.
The pickup truck reportedly went left of center and crashed into the garbage truck shortly before noon.
The driver of the pickup truck will be cited.
