HARRISON TWP. — Deputies are investigating the death of a 4-month-old infant, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded around 8:30 a.m. Thursday to a Gant Drive home on a report of an infant not breathing.

They started CPR on the infant until Harrison Twp. Fire and EMS crews arrived and took over the infant’s care.
The infant was taken to Dayton Children’s Hospital, where the child was pronounced dead.
It is not clear whether the death was natural, accidental or criminal.
