DAYTON — The man accused of killing his coworker at the DMAX facility in Moraine has been found guilty on all counts.

A jury found Frederick Cox guilty of three counts of murder and four counts of felonious assault on Friday afternoon after deliberating for roughly four hours.

As Judge Gerald Parker read the jury’s verdict on the seven charges out loud, Cox showed no reaction and sat in silence.
Cox had been on trial all week in connection to the deadly shooting at the DMAX facility in Moraine in May 2023.
