The new Kettering Health Network Troy Hospital will open for business Tuesday, June 18.
Staff will gather at the main entrance at 6:45 a.m. for a brief ceremony, and at 7 a.m. the emergency signs will be unveiled and the lights will be turned on to let the community know the staff are ready to accept patients.

The 135,000-square-foot, three-story hospital, located at 600 W. Main St., will have a strong emphasis on whole person care utilizing the latest technology.
In addition to 28 inpatient beds, services include an emergency department, intensive care, lab and imaging, cardiac testing, surgery and a medical office building for physician practices.

The hospital is expected to employ over 200 people, including physicians, nurses, technicians and support staff.
