However, the city is looking for your help.
Kettering is looking for someone to donate a Christmas tree to become the “centerpiece of [their] light display that shines throughout the park during the holidays,” a spokesperson told News Center 7.
Officials urge the public to support their local community. The donor does not have to live in the city of Kettering to donate, the spokesperson stated.
Parks Superintendent Gary Schussler is available to answer questions and help in the search for a Christmas tree donor. You can contact him at Gary.Schussler@KetteringOH.org or via his phone number, (937) 296-2486.
