KeyBank to move out of KeyBank Tower in downtown Dayton

DAYTON — KeyBank says they plan to move out of the KeyBank Tower in downtown Dayton before the end of the year, officials confirm.

In a statement sent to News Center 7, a spokesperson for the company said they plan to stay in downtown Dayton.

“We are working with partners to renovate office space in the 130 Building located at 130 W. 2nd St. in downtown Dayton,” the spokesperson said.

They are tentatively scheduled to move into their new space in December 2023.

The company is “excited about this investment in the Dayton community that will improve accessibility and provide a new and modern workspace” for their employees.

The 27-story KeyBank Tower is on a corner of Courthouse Plaza.

A spokesperson said signage will be removed when they leave the space.
