Large fire response called to Wilmington Air Park

WILMINGTON — A large fire response was called to Wilmington Air Park in Clinton County Sunday afternoon.

Around 3 p.m. fire crews were called to reports of a plane on fire in a hangar in the 1100 block of Airport Road in Wilmington, according to initial reports.

Initial reports indicate that at least one fire fighter may have been injured, but this has not been confirmed by authorities.

Video from the scene shows at least five fire engines on scene.

Fire agencies that responded include Wilmington, Washington Court House, Paint Creek, Blanchester and Harlan township, according to video from the scene.
