Greater Dayton RTA riders who purchased bus passes before the strike began are eligible for a pass exchange or full fare refund through Feb. 10.
Full bus service was restored Jan. 13 after drivers and mechanics represented by Amalgamated Transit Union Local 1385 went on strike beginning Jan. 9. The parties have since approved a new contract.

Refunds or exchanges can be made in person at the Wright Stop Plaza pass and token sales booth, 4 S. Main St., in downtown Dayton. Customers must present their pass at the booth, which is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Customers also may request a refund or exchange by mail. Include the pass along with your name, address, phone number and note indicating whether you’d like a refund or exchange. Refunds or exchanges may take up to two weeks for processing and mailing. Mail requests must be postmarked by Feb. 10 and addressed to:
