Cincinnati Fire Chief Frank McKinley confirmed that Kaitlen Hall, 24, was arrested on two felony counts of obstruction of justice on Tuesday.
During a press conference, McKinley said he anticipates “more arrests to follow, due to the leads the fire investigation has.”
The large fire broke out in the early morning hours of Nov. 1 at a playground at Sawyer Point Park underneath the bridge.
The bridge sustained significant damage. The southbound lanes have been shut down since, according to a previous News Center 7 report.
Ohio Department of Transportation crews began demolition and repairs at the end of November.
The bridge is expected to fully reopen by the middle of March.
