4 injured in 2-vehicle accident at Prescott and Gettysburg Avenue in Dayton

UPDATE @ 9:51 p.m.: Four people have been taken to a hospital from the two-vehicle accident at Prescott and North Gettysburg avenues in Dayton.

None of the injuries is believed to be serious, according Dayton police and fire at the scene.

There were two people in each vehicle and all of them will be taken to Miami Valley Hospital, police said.

One of the vehicles, an SUV, was ended up in the intersection.

The second vehicle, a pickup truck, continued across the intersection and ended up against a garage door at the In & Out-Hand Car Wash & Detail on North Gettysburg Avenue. A man who identified himself as the owner said the business opened in May.

North Gettysburg Avenue is closed until further notice.

INITIAL REPORT

Police and at least two medic units have been dispatched on a report of a crash with a vehicle into a structure in the area of Prescott and North Gettysburg avenues in Dayton.

The incident was dispatched just after 9 p.m.
