Elliott said the wounds were to the victims’ upper body and extremities.

Rescue founder Molly Murray said the 2- to 3-year-old male pit bull named “Mayhem” was being taken to a veterinarian to be euthanized after he bit at least three people.

Murray said the dog showed no signs of aggression before Monday night’s attack, and that he had been rescued from a drug bust along with a female and some pups.
