Local family brought to tears after Ellen surprises them with multiple gifts

The Gibsons are a family of six who live in Dayton that have recently learned of some bad news. Reggie Gibson and his wife Kelly both work for a company that helps people with mental disabilities; however, they are both losing their jobs in June since the business is closing.

Ellen Degeneres invited Reggie, Kelly and their four children to be on the show and then brought them to tears when she surprises them with a brand-new car. Ellen also gave the Gibsons multiple other gifts and calls for local employers to hire them. The full segment can be seen on WHIO Channel 7 today at 4 p.m.
