DAYTON — A local recovery home spent hours Saturday cleaning up their community as a way to give back.
House of Restoration Community Solutions is located in Dayton and open to both men and women.
“We want to break the stigma, people do recover and give back,” Tewanna Hawkins, chief executive officer of HOR Community Solutions said.
Hawkins said the recovery home is in partnership with Dayton and Montgomery County Public Health as well as Montgomery County Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services.
