MONTGOMERY COUNTY — A 54-year-old man accused of asking a sheriff’s deputy posing as an underage female for a “sex act” has been formally charged, according to a spokesperson with the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office.

John Dady, 54, was indicted on importuning and possession of criminal tools charges on Dec. 17, according to Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas records.

The spokesperson said Dady was caught during an undercover investigation by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
He has since been released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 6.
According to a previous News Center 7 report, Dady was one of the 132 people arrested during a statewide human trafficking operation in October.
