Man arrested after deputies find Meth, LSD, Ecstasy in Mercer County home

COLDWATER — A man was arrested after deputies found several suspected drugs and paraphernalia in a Mercer County home.

Around 2:13 p.m. on Monday, Mercer County Sheriff’s Deputies executed a search warrant at a home in the 500 block of West Plum Street in Coldwater after an investigation revealed suspected drug activity at the home.

Deputies and officers from the Coldwater Police Department searched the home and found “numerous items of suspected drugs and drug paraphernalia,” according to a release from the sheriff’s office.

Deputies found suspected meth, LSD, and ecstasy during the search.

55-year-old Jeffrey Marbaugh was arrested and taken to Mercer County Adult Detention Facility.

Marbaugh was booked in on felony possession of drugs and is being held without bone, according to the sheriff’s office.

The case will be sent to the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office, and additional charges could be possible.
