SPRINGFIELD — A man is facing charges in connection to a shooting at a Springfield gas station.

News Center 7 previously reported that on Dec. 27 Springfield police were called to the Speedway at South Limestone Street for reports of a shooting.
Kenneth Danner, 40, was charged with felonious assault, tampering with evidence, and having weapons while under disability according to Clark County Municipal Court documents.
Danner and the victim got into an argument that turned physical at the Speedway, a probable cause affidavit alleges.

Court records state the victim hit Danner with a drink can which led to Danner firing shots.
The victim was taken to Springfield Regional Medical Center and later taken to Miami Valley Hospital.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Danner.
