The car was stolen from the driver while she picked up an order at a convenience store on November 15 on Watervliet Avenue, police said.

While the woman went inside the store to pick up the order, Wolfe reportedly jumped into the driver’s seat and drove off, while the woman’s 11-year-old son was still inside the car.

The boy was later located safe on Shroyer Road near Carmel’s Bar and Grill after Wolfe reportedly stopped and dropped him off.

Wolfe is also accused of eating approximately $40 worth of food and failing to pay the bill at Angie’s Tavern on Watervliet Ave. before stealing the car.

Wolfe was reportedly picked out of a lineup by a witness at Angie’s Tavern.

He was arrested on November 16 by the Xenia Police Department and had the keys to the stolen vehicle.

Police say that on December 10, the stolen car was located four blocks from where Wolfe was arrested.
