MONTGOMERY COUNTY — A man and a woman are wanted in connection to a deed fraud scheme, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies say Angela Croley and Terry Anderson created fake documents in an attempt to claim and sell a home that was not theirs. The original homeowner had recently been transferred to a nursing home.

Anderson is in police custody, but Croley is still at large, deputies say.
Anderson has been charged with forgery, theft from an elderly person, and two counts of tampering with government records.
Authorities ask anyone with information about Croley to contact the Regional Dispatch Center at 937-225-4357.
