Tim Law, a 55-year-old man was identified as the person killed in the incident, Pam Bauer, Public Information Officer for the Clinton County Emergency Management Agency said in a news conference Monday. Law was an airport maintenance supervisor who had been on the job for around 18 months, Bauer said.

The incident was reported around 1:45 p.m. Sunday at one of the airport hangers after the fire suppression foam was released. The cause of the suppression system’s release was still under investigation, however there was not an active fire in the hanger, Bauer said.
