A 46-year-old man was indicted on charges stemming from a March incident that originated in Miamisburg Municipal Court.
Myron Mullins was indicted on two counts of aggravated robbery and two counts of felonious assault, court records show.

On March 29, Mullins walked onto the porch of a Miami Twp. residence and struck a man with a gardening type tool with a sharp edge. He then took the victim’s cash, cell phone and keys and took off in his car.
Officers later met with the victim who had to get several stitches from cuts to his face and neck, court documents show.

A few days after the incident, Mullins was located at a Moraine hotel and was arrested on two outstanding warrants and aggravated robbery.
He is currently in custody on other charges and is due for arraignment on May 2.
