HARRISON TWP., Montgomery County — A Dayton man has been indicted for injuries he’s accused of causing after allegedly fleeing from police and crashing into a residence on Fleetwood Drive last month.

Dairrion Ivory, 30, was indicted Friday by a Montgomery County grand jury, according to records.
Deputies attempted to initiate a traffic stop Aug. 14, from which Ivory was accused of fleeing. Ivory later crashed into a house on Fleetwood Drive, injuring two residents, deputies said.

Ivory’s arraignment is set for Thursday on two counts of aggravated vehicular assault and three counts of felony fleeing and eluding.
