MONTGOMERY COUNTY — Dustin A. Hatfield of Huber Heights has been indicted for the death of David B. Robinson, 41, of Trotwood.
Investigators arrived to Robinson’s home on Elkins Avenue March 28 after Hatfield, 28, allegedly robbed, shot and killed him, stated a media release from the prosecutor’s office.

A vehicle and two men were described leaving the scene by witnesses and a vehicle with the same description was later spotted by Miamisburg Police. The vehicle fled when an officer activated their cruiser lights and attempted to stop them.
The car, driven by William Denny with Hatfield in the passenger seat, led police on a multiple county high speed chase that ended when the car crashed into a median near Paul Brown Stadium.
During the pursuit, Hatfield was seen throwing evidence out of the window, including the disassembled murder weapon.
Hatfield was previously indicted in relation to this incident by the Montgomery County Grand Jury for two counts of tampering with evidence and one count of having weapons while under disability.

An additional indictment for four counts of murder was issued today.
Hatfield is in the Montgomery County Jail on a $1 million bond. He is scheduled to be arraigned July 8 at 9:30 a.m.
