A man reportedly running along the area of Interstate 75 without clothes was taken to a hospital in Middletown Saturday morning.

Ohio State Highway Patrol dispatchers said they received a report of a man reportedly running southbound on the northbound side of I-75 south of the Austin Boulevard exit around 4:35 a.m. in Franklin Twp.
A scuffle with the man was reported before he was transported to Atrium Medical Center, according to OSP.
