Man shot driving past car wash in Dayton

A man was shot Saturday night in the 1400 block of Gettysburg Avenue, according to a police report.

According to a 9-1-1 call, the victim stated he was shot in the leg while driving past a car wash on Gettysburg Avenue near Hoover Avenue.

The victim also stated he didn’t know what the suspects looked like, but said they were running.

The victim is currently listed at Miami Valley Hospital, but his condition is unknown.
