UPDATE @ 5:50 a.m: In a two-minute and thirty second call to 911, a man said there was a significant amount of blood on the porch after man showed up to a Dayton house with gunshot wounds Thursday night.
“Somebody is sitting on the porch bleeding. He doesn’t even stay here,” said the caller.
The man, who was reportedly shot in the leg and foot per the 911 call, showed up to the unoccupied house in the 3200 block of West Second Street just before 8:30 p.m.

The 911 caller states the house reportedly belongs to his brother, who sent him to check on the wounded man.
The victim was taken to Miami Valley hospital.
There’s no word on the man’s condition at this time, but he was reportedly conscious when officials were contacted.
INITIAL REPORT
One person has been taken to Miami Valley Hospital after he was found on the front porch of a home, suffering from a gunshot wound.
His condition is not known. Dayton police are working to find out what happened.
A neighborhood resident called police just before 8:30 p.m. to report that a man, believed to be intoxicated, was on the front porch of an unoccupied home in the 3200 block of West Second Street, according to Montgomery County Regional Dispatch supervisors.
A family member sent to check out the report found the man had been shot.
