Medical helicopter called after car, bicycle collide in Greenville

GREENVILLE — A medical helicopter was called after a crash between a car and a bicycle in Greenville Wednesday.

Around 4:30 p.m., Greenville police and medics were called to the 400 block of Ash Street to report a crash with injuries.

Dispatchers confirmed that a medical helicopter was called to respond to the Darke County Sheriff’s Office where the injured person will be taken, then flown to an area hospital.

Information about how many people were hurt or what led to the crash was unavailable.
