The scene has since cleared.
The driver’s condition is unknown.

Medics responded to a two-vehicle crash reported around 3 p.m. on U.S. 42 near west Spring Valley Paintersville Road in Xenia.
Drivers may experience some delay while crews are on scene.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol’s Xenia Post indicated the scene should clear soon.
